Ⅰ.Regular Inspection of Elevator System

Mechanical Parts Inspection:

● Traction Machine and Braking System: Check the running status of the traction machine to ensure that there is no abnormal noise or vibration, and the braking system should be sensitive and reliable.

● Door System and Guide Rail: Check the door switching device, guide rail and door lock to ensure smooth operation and no obstruction.

● Suspension Device and Wire Rope: Check the degree of wear and tension of the wire rope to ensure that there is no broken wire or loose.

Electrical System Inspection:

● Control Panel and Wiring: Ensure that the wiring of the electrical control system is firm and free from aging or short-circuit phenomenon.

● Sensors and Signaling Equipment: Check the sensitivity of various types of sensors, such as position sensors, leveling sensors, to ensure their accuracy.

Ⅱ.Cleaning and Lubrication

● Cleanness of Shaft and Car: Regularly sweep the debris and dust in the elevator shaft, keep the guide rail, pit and car floor clean, and prevent foreign matter from interfering with normal operation.

● Lubrication of Mechanical Parts: Lubricate the mechanical parts such as traction machine, guide rail and elevator door system,so as to prevent excessive wear and abnormal noise caused by friction.

Ⅲ.Elevator Door System Inspection

● Door and Switch Detection: Check whether the switch of the elevator door is sensitive or not,and there should be no obstruction during operation.

● Sensor and Light Curtain Detection: Check the light curtain or infrared sensor to ensure that it is sensitive enough to detect the people or objects entering the elevator.

Ⅳ.The Elevator Car and Control Panel Inspection

● Button and Display Inspection: Ensure that the buttons and displays on each floor are working properly and that there are no malfunctioning buttons or incorrect displays.

● Emergency Equipment Inspection: Check the emergency telephone, alarm button and alarm bell to ensure that they can be used normally in case of emergency.

Ⅴ.Testing the Elevator Safety System

● Testing of Safety Protection Devices: Regularly test the speed limiter, buffer and overload protection system of the elevator to ensure that the protection mechanism can be activated immediately in case of overload or emergency.

● Test of Emergency Power Supply System: Ensure that the elevator can automatically switch to the emergency power supply when there is a power failure, run to the nearest floor and stop smoothly,so as to avoid trapped accidents.

Ⅵ.Maintenance Log Records and Management

● Record and Archive: After each maintenance, record in detail the date of inspection, overhaul items, problems found and solutions, forming a complete maintenance file.

● Planned Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance: Formulate periodic maintenance plan, and arrange overhaul and parts replacement in due course according to the usage frequency of the elevator and the aging condition of the equipment.

Ⅶ.Avoid Overuse and Improper Operation

● Reasonable Use of Elevators: Avoid overloading and frequent emergency stops, and correctly guide users to standardize the use of elevators to reduce the damage to the equipment.

● User Education and Reminders: Post elevator use instructions and precautions, and regularly remind users to avoid jostling and destructive behavior in the elevator.

Ⅷ.Professional Maintenance Team Support

● Employing Professional Maintenance Company: Ensure that the elevator is maintained by a professional company with qualification and experience, and make regular inspections to reduce the hidden trouble.

● Emergency Troubleshooting: In case of sudden failure, immediately contact professional technicians for overhauling and avoid unauthorized disassembly or repair to ensure safety.

By strictly implementing the above elevator maintenance techniques and measures, the operational reliability of the elevator can be effectively enhanced to ensure passenger safety and prolong the service life of the equipment.
